Pre-Order Information

At Wonder Wolf Plush, we know how difficult it can be to find Douglas Cuddle Toys in Australia. That’s why we offer pre-orders: to help you get the exact plushie you want without the need for us to hold large amounts of stock. Pre-ordering keeps prices affordable while ensuring you don’t miss out on your dream plush!

How Pre-Orders Work

1. Place Your Order:
   Browse our collection and pre-order the plushie you’d like. This secures your spot in our upcoming shipment from Douglas Cuddle Toys in the USA.
2. Batches / Group Orders:
   To keep shipping costs manageable, we process orders with Douglas once we’ve reached approximately 20 plushies in total pre-orders. Grouping orders helps us avoid excessive shipping fees, which would otherwise increase plushie prices. To find out when we will be placing an order, please refer to this page for an estimated time.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
   Once our group order is dispatched, it typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive in Australia. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way on our pre-order processing times page and notify you when your plushie is on its way to you!

Refund Policy for Pre-Orders

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your pre-order, we offer full refunds as long as we haven’t yet processed the group order with Douglas - find our cut-off date here. Once group order has been processed, pre-orders are final and cannot be refunded unless the plush is unavailable, faulty upon arrival or if you change your mind seven days after receiving the item.

Plush Request Form (to pre-order)

We are always looking to expand our Douglas Cuddle Toy range! Please submit a plush request form and, if successful, we will list the plush on our website as available to pre-order. There isn't any expectation for you to proceed with pre-ordering the plush as the form is only a request. 

Important Information

• Longer Wait Times: Pre-orders depend on group shipments, so your order won’t be shipped immediately. We appreciate your patience!
• Updates: We keep our Pre-Order Processing Times page as the most reliable source of information about pre-orders, check there for updates! We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched. Check our socials for general shop updates. 
• Ordering both an in-stock item AND a pre-order item together: Your order will be dispatched once all items are available on-hand. This means, if you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item, you won't receive the in-stock item until we also have your pre-order (see our processing times). We recommend ordering in-stock items separate from pre-order items if you wish to receive the in-stock item as soon as possible.
